TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our Products:

Most of our products are natural, which means essentially that the product is comprised of natural ingredients e.g. ingredients produced by nature, not the work of man or interfered with by man. They have not been tested on animals. With the exception of beeswax-based products and bee pollen, all our products are entirely vegan. We support and develop ethical trade and community based projects so that the benefits of harvesting non-timber forest products go to the local producer.

Some of our products are registered as "organic” - these are fully certified by Organic Farmers and Growers, who regularly inspect each aspect of our business.

We have many other products which are either wild-crafted or produced to ecological standards and are free from agro-chemicals (i.e. organic at source). These are marked with an *.

Some items may he unavailable for a period of time for a variety of reasons. This could be due to the seasonal nature of natural products, due to the effects of natural disasters or due to the sudden increase in popularity of crops from developing countries.
