Jasmine hydrolat is the aromatic water produced during the steam distillation of jasmine flowers to make essential oil. The hydrolat is much lighter, water-based, and gentler than the oil.

It can be used as a natural toner or facial mist to sooth dry, sensitive or irritated skin. It can be used as a hair mist to calm the scalp.

It uplifts mood and helps to reduce stress and anxiety.

It is safe for direct use on the skin and is suitable for children, sensitive individuals, or those who cannot tolerate strong essential oils.

It has a much lighter, softer scent than jasmine oil, delicately floral, but fresh, watery, and slightly green. The scent is not as intense or long-lasting as the jasmine oil.
